Cognitive Behavioural Coaching is a collaborative solution-driven communicative process between the coach and a coachee. Coaching is present and future focused and deals with behaviour and psychological blocks. My aim is to facilitate successful outcomes, support your decision-making and tackle barriers to change.
Cognitive refers to mental processes: what you are thinking and what you believe.
Behaviour refers to what you do: how you act in relationships and other situations.
Coaching refers to helping you enhance you life quality and effectiveness.
The way we think profoundly influences the way we feel. Therefore if we learn how to think effectively and not destructively, we can enable ourselves to feel and act differently.
